Cluster training will be held on 30th January 2016 . Centers will be informed later.DRG will be held on 27th/28th Jan at various centers.HMs are hereby directed to Depute the teachers for DRG.
    Inform DRGs to bring NOTE BOOKS of Pupils (Best and Poor),Term Exam Papers (Best and Poor ),Teaching Manual           (DETAILED PLANING FOR FEBRUARY).

     Teachers MUST bring THE ABOVE MENTIONED DOCUMENTS for Cluster Training.Inform this to the teachers in the SRG meeting and register this fact in the SRG minutes.

Headmasters were directed to submit the requirement  of  IIIrd  allotment on or before 21-12-2015.But more than 35 schools out of 91 are not submitted the details up to 30-12-2015 5pm.So you are hereby warned to submit the same in the prescribed proforma on or before 11.00 A.M. 31-12-2015. Failing to which you are individually  responsible  for the further consequences in this matter.We are forced to avoid those schools which are not submitted the details so far. If you already submitted please ignore.

URGENT - TIME BOUND

      1) ONLY 10 SCHOOLS OUT OF 100 ARE UPDATED THE DETAILS OF RECEIVED 2nd VOLUME TEXT BOOKS.UPDATE THE DETAILS IN THE ONLINE TEXTBOOK INDENT LINK IMMEDIATELY. DPI DIRECTLY MONITOR THE STATUS AND WILL TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO DELIVER THE REMAINING TEXT BOOKS AS PER THE ONLINE INDENT.MORE THAN 40000 BOOKS ARE STILL TO BE DELIVER AS PER THE DATA AT DPI(ACTUL SHORTAGE IS LESS THAN 3000).IF THESE BOOKS ARE DELIVERED TO SCHOOLS HEADMASTERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE.

      2) COMPLETE UID/EID BY 15-12-2015 AND SUBMIT THE COMPLETION CERTIFICATE TO AEO OFFICE ON OR BEFORE 20-12-2015

      3) DPI HAS DIRECTED TO SUBMIT THE  REQUIRMENT FOR 3rd ALLOTMENT OF NMP BEFORE 21-12-2015 . SUBMIT THE DETAILS IMMEDIATLY TO AEO OFFICE(BEFORE 20-12-2015). FORMAT HAS BEEN SENT TO SCHOOL MAILS.CHECK THE SB ACCOUNT NUMBER  BEFORE FILLING DATAS.
