1. All the remaining Text Books will reach School societies on 19-07-2015. HMs should make arrangements to collect the books from the society by 10.30 am on 20-07-2015 and distribute them to the students by 2pm on that day.Also report the details of shortage even after the distribution on 20th july to AEO in writing by 4pm on 20-07-2015. TREAT THIS AS MOST IMPORTANT AND URGENT MESSAGE
2. Cluster trainig will starts from 21st july2015. All the HMs are directed to Relieve the concerned teachers as per the Schedule given by BPO Also direct the Teachers to bring TEACHING MANUAL , TB available and Teacher Text available to the Cluster training.

      Remaining text books will be supplied to SCHOOL SOCIETIES on 19-07-2015 (SUNDAY). Inform the society Secretaries to be at SCHOOL on 19-07-2015 and also keep in touch with NASAR and REJI . 

   Also direct them to inform the schools under their society and distribute all the remaining TEXT BOOKS on 20-07-2015 itself.
