1) Manjeshwara Sub District level Science/Social Science/Maths/Work Experience/IT Fair will be held at GVHSS Kunjathur on 19/10/2015 and 20/10/2015. Registration starts at 9am on 19/10/2015. Schedule given below.

                         19/10/2015----Science and Mathematics Fair

           20/10/2015----Social Science , Work Experience and IT Fair

2) Headmasters of LP/UP/HS and Principals of HSS are requested to hand over the Trophies of Last year (if any) to the Principal GVHSS Kunjathur on or before 17/10/2015.

3) Manjeshwara Sub District level KALOTSAVAM will be held at GHSS Bekur from 28/11/2015 to 02/12/2015. Off stage events and Registration starts on 28/11/2015.

DPI has issued a circular to all the schools of the state to Ensure Minimum skills in Mother tongue and Arithmatics to to all the pupils of Std I and Std II.Directed the Headmasters to implement various additional activities to suppliment the Text book based activities. Also directed to collect datas of pupils having D and E grade in the First term Examination.

     Accordingly Deputy Director Education Kasaragod has directed to collect the details of Std I and Std II pupils based on the performance in First Term Assesment. PROFORMA for the same has been sent to schools via e-mail.

   Conduct a Special SRG on the morning of 13th October and plan activities to implement at school.

  

    All the Headmasters are hereby directed to submit the duly filled proforma on 13-10-2015 by 3pm to AEO Office .

1. Last date for the ONLINE entry of Sc/SS/Maths/ WE/IT Fair has been extended to 13-10-2015/3PM.If any mistakes occured during the entry, please contact Sri Augustin Bernad, Principal GVHSS Kunjathur and rectify the errors on or before 13th october. Headmasters are responsible for the entry mistakes occured.
2. Manjeshwar Sub Dt level SPORTS MEET has been Pre-poned to Nov11th,12th,and 13th as the Schedule for DIST LEVEL fair has been fixed to Nov 18th and 19th.

• Complete UID for all pupils before 20th Oct 2015 and report the same to AEO Office.
• Register students for NUMATHS before 20/10/2015 ( 5 students of std 6) at AEO Office.
• Upload staff details for Panchayath election ( e drop) before 9th october.
